What are we looking for?

You will assist the Boutique Manager in enhancing customer loyalty and leading/developing the sales team to optimize turnover and ensure boutique profitability. In the absence of the Boutique Manager, you will be the relay and operational manager with the team.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Increasing turnover, implementing commercial practices, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique in all areas: people safety, team development and training, performance monitoring, and clienteling actions.
  • Managing the financial and administrative aspects of the store.
  • Overseeing stocks, inventories, after-sales operations, and general stewardship.
