Per importante e storica realtà di riferimento nella categoria Prodotti per la Casa, ricerchiamo un Regional Account Manager con focus sulla Lombardia che dovrà gestire i rapporti con i referenti di canale per ampliare la gamma prodotti aziendale nel territorio.

Il/La candidato/a selezionato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Gestione delle relazioni con i buyer del canale GDO nel territorio assegnato
  • Verifica sul territorio delle azioni commerciali condivise con la Direzione
  • Negoziazione dell'accordo periferico, ove necessario
  • Verifica del listino e segnalazione eventuali necessità / problematiche
  • Verifica del piano promozionale definito insieme alla Direzione nel territorio
  • Implementazione delle strategie commerciali sul territorio assegnato
  • Definizione del volantino per ampliare la gamma prodotti aziendale
  • Analisi dei principali KPI commerciali
  • Riporto al Direttore Vendite

Requisiti: IL/La candidato/a ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti:

  • 3/5 anni in ruoli Sales in aziende strutturate nel settore FMCG - nel canale GDO / GD / DO
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio assegnato
  • Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
  • Discrete capacità analitiche
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Reportistica e problem solving
