Il/La candidato/a selezionato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Gestione delle relazioni con i buyer del canale GDO nel territorio assegnato
- Verifica sul territorio delle azioni commerciali condivise con la Direzione
- Negoziazione dell'accordo periferico, ove necessario
- Verifica del listino e segnalazione eventuali necessità / problematiche
- Verifica del piano promozionale definito insieme alla Direzione nel territorio
- Implementazione delle strategie commerciali sul territorio assegnato
- Definizione del volantino per ampliare la gamma prodotti aziendale
- Analisi dei principali KPI commerciali
- Riporto al Direttore Vendite
IL/La candidato/a ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti:
- 3/5 anni in ruoli Sales in aziende strutturate nel settore FMCG - nel canale GDO / GD / DO
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio assegnato
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali
- Discrete capacità analitiche
- Attitudine al lavoro in team
- Reportistica e problem solving
