Regional Account Manager - Sicily

About the Position

We have an exciting opportunity available for a hardworking Regional Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz This position lies within the Italian Sales team, where you’ll be working in a successful team, always trying to reach the next level.

You’ll be reporting into the Area Manager South, taking ownership of the Away From Home channel, acting as a pivotal player in building positive relationships with the key stakeholders and growing the degree of trust and customer satisfaction.

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading Away From Home Key Accounts in Sicily and in south of Calabria (Reggio Calabria and Vibo Valentia), maintaining, elevating and strengthening our key relationships with them and playing a key role in influencing customer satisfaction;
  2. Initiating commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and delivering excellent sales fundamentals performance.
  3. Developing the Annual Operating Plan (annual agreements, pricing, new products & innovation listings, and campaign developments) and implementing it for the assigned customer accounts.
  4. Developing the Away From Home channel with Innovation and Trade Marketing activities and identifying & implementing opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  1. College Degree or Master Degree
  2. 2 – 3 years’ proven experience in sales (sell-in or sell-out)
  3. Ownership attitude, push to learn through new challenges and capability to get results and lead independently of age/role
  4. Data-driven and analytical approach
  5. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills
