Dein Impact

Als Technical Account Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kunden und internen Teams zusammen um sicherzustellen dass unsere Services den hchsten Mehrwert bieten. Du begleitest unsere Kunden whrend des gesamten Lebenszyklus von der Implementierung bis hin zur fortlaufenden Betreuung und bist deren zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in fr technische und strategische Fragen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Entwicklung von Schlsselkunden um langfristige Partnerschaften zu gewhrleisten
  • Sicherstellung des erfolgreichen Einsatzes unserer Dienstleistungen durch unsere Kunden und Identifikation von Optimierungsmglichkeiten
  • Proaktives Monitoring der Kundenzufriedenheit und frhzeitiges Erkennen von Problemen oder Chancen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Entwicklung individueller Kundenstrategien und Identifikation von Upsell und CrossSellMglichkeiten
  • Koordination von Ressourcen und Lsungen zwischen Kunden und internen Entwicklerteams
  • Untersttzung bei der Durchfhrung von Proof of Concepts (PoCs) und der technischen Implementierung
  • Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings und Branchenveranstaltungen um Netzwerke zu erweitern und neue Geschftsmglichkeiten zu frdern

Dein Skillset:

  • Erfahrung im Kundenmanagement: Du hast mindestens 23 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Success Key Account Management oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle idealerweise im technischen Umfeld.
  • Technisches Verstndnis: Du verfgst ber ein gutes Verstndnis fr technische Lsungen und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verstndlich erklren.
  • Kommunikationsstrke: Du bist stark in der Kommunikation ob schriftlich mndlich oder im direkten Kundenkontakt und weit wie man Vertrauen aufbaut und pflegt.
  • Analytische Fhigkeiten: Du erkennst schnell die Bedrfnisse der Kunden und kannst diese in mageschneiderte Lsungen umsetzen.
  • Eigenstndigkeit: Du schtzt Entscheidungsfreiheit in Bezug auf Arbeitszeit und ort und bringst gleichzeitig eine hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft mit.
  • ProblemLsungsKompetenz: Du bist in der Lage proaktiv Herausforderungen zu erkennen und Lsungen zu entwickeln die sowohl dem Kunden als auch dem Unternehmen zugutekommen.
