Customer Service Representative (Italian speaking) - Household Appliances

The Advisor I Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements.

This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding the client's products or services.

What you will do in this role:
  • Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners' products and services by incoming calls or emails.
  • Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
  • Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
Your qualifications:
