(Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy - Rome (m/f/d) Your mission Responsible for our Italian customers and manage all communication. Introduce an innovative payment process for car dealer groups and other industries. Train operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage. Identify and eliminate possible "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding project in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas. Help continuously improve our product and processes through customer proximity. Your profile At least 3-5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of successful projects. A structured and organized approach, even in stressful situations: able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense environments. Willingness to travel to our customers. Native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.
