Managing Director | Master in Marketing, Tourism, Travel ManagementMaketourism is a fast-growing company in the B2B tourism sector, specializing in tailor-made group travel solutions. We are expanding our market reach, with a strong focus on consolidating our B2B partnerships while exploring exciting opportunities to enter the B2C market.
Who We’re Looking For:
An experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the tourism industry and an active client portfolio. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening our B2B presence, and contributing to the development of our B2C strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of B2B clients (travel agencies, tour operators, companies, etc.).
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and market share.
- Promote and sell customized travel packages and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and achieve agreed sales targets.
- Support the company in laying the foundation for B2C market entry, working closely with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to drive strategic growth.
Requirements:
- A strong active client portfolio within the industry
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with market trends in both B2B and B2C tourism.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
- English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.
