B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Italian & English) – Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria) We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international, tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia, offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support. Role Overview In this role, you will: Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leadsApply structured business development and lead qualification methodologiesBuild, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipelineUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutionsContribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets Requirements Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent EnglishMinimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experienceSolid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualificationExperience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirableStrong communication skills and a results-driven, proactive mindset What We Offer Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)Hybrid work model based in SofiaGross monthly salary: 3,300 BGN + bonus + benefitsQuarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGNRelocation support including:Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or moreAssistance in finding long-term housingPossibility of salary advance if neededAffordable cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m² available from around 200 EUR per monthInternational working environment with long-term career growth opportunities Start date: 12 January 2026Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid) To apply or receive further information, please contact:marco.velenosi@cbtalents.comWhatsApp: +39 334 619 6398
