Azienda specializzata in prodotti per l'allattamento e la salute neonatale, nota soprattutto per i tiralatte e le soluzioni per la cura del latte materno.

Siamo alla ricerca di un Sales Representative, referente per l'Emilia Romagna e Toscana, responsabile per lo sviluppo del business Healthcare e Human Milk all'interno del territorio di sua competenza. Il suo compito sarà quello di aumentare le quote di mercato coerentemente con gli obiettivi di Medela Italia, sviluppando tattiche e strategie di vendita specifiche per raggiungere gli obiettivi stabiliti. Dovrà inoltre gestire gli account già acquisiti al fine di garantire la continuità del business.
Per la linea Healthcare il target saranno la chirurgia toracica, cardiochirurgia, terapia intensiva mentre per la linea Human Milk saranno terapia intensiva neonatale e neonatologia, senza tralasciare i rapporti con gli altri stakeholder quali responsabili degli acquisti, responsabili amministrativi e responsabili di ingegnerie cliniche.
Key duties and Responsibilities:
- Massimizzare i ricavi delle vendite e la redditività nel territorio designato attraverso l'intero portafoglio di prodotti Healthcare & Human Milk in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Incoraggiare lo sviluppo del business delle linee di cui sarà responsabile, identificando e sviluppando opportunità all'interno dei dipartimenti target;
- Analizzare i dati di vendita per il territorio di propria competenza al fine di aggiornare il business plan e definire gli obiettivi futuri;
- Fornire supporto nell'individuazione e preparazione della documentazione tecnica di gara;
- Collaborare con la rete di distributori e agenti per fornire supporto tecnico scientifico;
- Creare un Network crescente con tutti gli operatori sanitari, in un'ottica di crescita aziendale;
- Partecipare a giornate di studio clinico, riunioni ed eventi appropriati a livello locale e nazionale;
- Partecipare a giornate di formazione internazionale.
Competenze ed esperienza
Qualifiche:
- Laurea;
Esperienza:
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli tecnico commerciali nell'ambito dei medical devices;
- Comprovata esperienza nel raggiungimento di obiettivi commerciali;
Skills:
- Ottimo livello di inglese;
- Proattività;
- Team working;
- Time management e capacità organizzative;
- Ottime capacità comunicative;
- Capacità di negoziazione con focus sul cliente.
