Sales Representative Canale Farmacia
Zona di competenza: Firenze, Prato, Pistoia
La risorsa selezionata, a riporto dell'Area Sales Manager, presidierà il territorio assegnato occupandosi della vendita diretta dei prodotti dermocosmetici nel canale farmacia con un approccio consulenziale e orientato al sell out.
Avrà il compito di sviluppare il portafoglio clienti e di gestire gli accordi commerciali con l’obiettivo di incrementare il fatturato e di consolidare le relazioni con le Farmacie della zona.
Sei il profilo che stiamo cercando se:
•Possiedi una precedente esperienza nel ruolo, a contatto con le farmacie della zona;
•Sei una persona tenace, dinamica e proattiva;
•Hai spiccate capacità comunicative, ottime doti di organizzazione e di negoziazione;
•Conosci il mercato dermocosmetico e le sue dinamiche di vendita nel canale farmacia.
L’Azienda offre:
•Contratto da dipendente a tempo indeterminato con RAL commisurata alle esperienze e alle competenze della risorsa selezionata;
•Incentive plan legato al raggiungimento di obiettivi;
•Auto aziendale, tablet e smartphone.
