For the 2026 season, Castello di Casole, is seeking a Banqueting Maître. The Banqueting Maître is responsible for the smooth execution and profitability of all banqueting events, ensuring every function meets our high standards and procedures. You will guarantee guest satisfaction by coordinating food, beverage, and service while maintaining seamless communication with both guests and colleagues. Responsibilities Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest LQA standards Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banqueting operations, from event planning to execution, ensuring efficiency and flawless delivery. Collaborate closely with culinary and service teams to create seamless event experiences, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Supervise, train, and motivate the banqueting team, ensuring smooth workflow and fostering a positive, guest‑focused culture. Maintain cost control and profitability while enhancing the overall quality of the banqueting experience. Ensure all service standards are met, aligning with our philosophy of creating authentic and unique experiences. Requirements Excellent communication skills, verbal and non‑verbal, with ownership of interactions and smooth information flow. Strong emotional intelligence, self‑awareness, and interpersonal skills; able to handle challenges confidently and seek continuous feedback for self‑improvement. Proven collaboration skills; acts as a role model for teamwork, sharing successes and fostering a cooperative environment. Results‑driven, with the ability to set clear objectives, optimise resources, and ensure outstanding service; monitors and communicates business performance, including financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement. Adaptable, able to manage change, prioritise multiple tasks, and remain composed in a fast‑paced environment. Global perspective, demonstrating inclusiveness, respect for diversity, and engagement with local communities. Qualifications and Professional Background Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is preferred. Experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality at an international level.
