Sales Activation Specialist

As Sales Support Specialist you will execute pre-assigned activities on Visibility, Order taking and Lead Generation/Trade digitalization of Philip Morris (PM) products throughout Face-to-Face Visits in a cluster of Points of Sales assigned periodically through hierarchy. The visits will be carried out face-to-face in accordance with Company's guidelines. Specific responsibilities include: Order Taking: Ensure the assigned level of distribution and stock to defined PM products in the area assigned, in accordance with Company's instructions and guidelines Visibility & Retail Look: Execute visibility of PM brands to assigned points of sales through B2B communication in the most effective way, in line with Company's share of space guidelines and instructions Lead Generation: Actively support lead generation by activating, educating and sharing program to assigned points of sales Digital Trade Education: Facilitate Trade Education and Digitalization delivery to B2B Partners via our internal platform Reporting Activity: Ensure timely and accurate registration and transmission of performed activities in the Company designated IS System Tour Plan Execution: Execute Tour Plan within the assigned timing and priorities. Who we’re looking for: University degree or high school degree Residence/domicile close to the work locations shown below Logic/mathematical/analytical skills Excellent communication and commercial skills Learning on the fly Good negotiation and relational skills Good knowledge of English A valid driving license (owned at least from 12 months) Good knowledge of Office Suite (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint) What’s ‘nice to have’: University degree in Economics, Engineering or Scientific area is a plus A previous commercial experience in FMCG company is a plus Agility to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines Ability to work under pressure Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies Entrepreneurship and attention to details Availability to move in different cities around Italy What we offer: Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
