ItaliaDentsply Sirona Italia cerca due Regional Manager per la regione del Nord Est (Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Trentino, Provincia Bologna e Romagna) e del centro Italia (Lazio, Abruzzo, Toscana e Umbria).Il candidato dovrà raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato assegnati per la sua area di responsabilità, attraverso una gestione efficace delle risorse e nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali.Allineerà gli obiettivi dell'organizzazione commerciale regionale con la strategia aziendale, partecipando attivamente alla pianificazione strategica e all'implementazione delle strategie di vendita e sviluppo commerciale.Responsabilità:Raggiungere/superare le quote di vendita preventivate, rispettando il budget annuale delle spese.Gestire il piano di vendita della propria areaProporre soluzioni adeguate per migliorare i risultati di venditaGuidare i dipendenti a raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnatiSviluppare un'accurata analisi regionale del territorio e dei clientiStabilire e mantenere relazioni peer-to-peer produttive con i clienti e i potenziali clientiCoordinare e condurre le riunioni di vendita regionaliCoordinare e organizzare le principali fiere regionali e gli incontri clinici, se necessario o richiestoViaggiare insieme ai manager del territorioReclutare, formare e sviluppare il team di vendita, in conformità con la politica aziendale.Gestione diretta dei clienti chiaveGestione e valorizzazione della base clienti esistenteIdentificare e acquisire nuovi clienti significativiGarantire la massima efficienza nell'area, nel rispetto del budgetPresentare presentazioni efficaci a diversi tipi di pubblico.Requisiti:Esperienza nel ruolo in aziende multinazionali - L'esperienza nel settore dentale sarà considerata un significativo plusLaurea o formazione universitariaConoscenza dell'inglese e degli strumenti informaticiOttime capacità di gestione di rappresentanti di vendita con contratto di agenziaConoscenza delle tecniche di vendita e di gestione del territorioOrientamento ai risultatiCapacità di parlare in pubblicoSpiccate capacità relazionaliIntegritàCome parte del nostro team, sperimenterete lo spirito di un leader di mercato internazionale e innovativo nel settore dentale.
