Di cosa ti occuperai principalmente?
assistenza tecnica e operativa inbound attraverso una customer experience integrata su diversi canali di contatto; supporto alla rete di agenti interni dislocati su tutto il territorio per la risoluzione di problematiche digitali attraverso ticketing; predisposizione di contratti e documenti amministrativi; supporto inbound agli utenti della piattaforma welfare per tematiche legate alla fruizione dei benefits messi a disposizione; analisi della customer experience e miglioramento dei processi operativi.
Quali caratteristiche cerchiamo?
diploma o laurea triennale; buona conoscenza di Google Workspace; ottima proprietà di linguaggio; passione per la comunicazione digitale e per le nuove soluzioni di AI; spiccata predisposizione all'ascolto del cliente e alla risoluzione dei problemi; forti capacità organizzative e di svolgere più attività; buona conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B1-b2 disponibilità a lavoro su turni a rotazione (copertura 9/22) e nei weekend (9/18) con 2 giorni di riposo consecutivi.
Sede di lavoro: presenza alternata in ufficio e smart working.
Sede di Milano, zona Stazione Centrale.
