La società nostra cliente è un rinomato distributore operante nel settore dell'automotive, impegnato nel fornire prodotti e servizi di alta qualità.
Per loro siamo alla ricerca di un CUSTOMER SERVICE DIRECTOR Sarà responsabile di guidare la visione e la strategia del servizio clienti per tutto il network aziendale, assicurando la massima soddisfazione del cliente e il mantenimento di standard elevati di servizio.
Responsabilità principali: sviluppare e implementare strategie per il servizio clienti che migliorino l'esperienza complessiva del cliente; gestire e ottimizzare i processi di supporto post-vendita e di assistenza clienti; supervisionare il team di servizio clienti, inclusi reclutamento, formazione e sviluppo professionale; analizzare i dati del servizio clienti per identificare aree di miglioramento e implementare soluzioni efficaci.
La risorsa ideale sarà in possesso di: Laurea in discipline umanistiche o cultura equivalente; esperienza comprovata in una posizione di leadership nel servizio clienti, preferibilmente nel settore automotive; profonda conoscenza delle tecniche moderne di customer service e dei relativi strumenti tecnologici; capacità di analisi e reportistica dettagliata per guidare le decisioni strategiche; eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali; forte orientamento al cliente e alle soluzioni; doti di leadership motivazionale per ispirare e guidare il team; alta resistenza allo stress e capacità di gestire situazioni complesse e sfidanti.
