About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our Customer Support Operations in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing PSC Service and Support functions, ensuring consistent delivery of value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead PSC Service and Support functions in the NSO, ensuring value delivery to customers;
  • Responsible for achieving revenue, gross margin, and profit targets in the assigned Territory (Italy);
  • Develop and implement European strategies to improve revenue, productivity, profitability, customer experience, and development of new services;
  • Effectively lead, motivate, control, and develop Service functions, ensuring operational and business targets are achieved;
  • Monitor and review staff and business processes performance, benchmarking against European standards, KPIs, or targets;
  • Identify and drive overall service efficiency, leveraging synergies across business units;
  • Proactively develop, monitor, and maintain customer and employee satisfaction;
  • Support sales channels using appropriate strategies and tools;
  • Liaise with departments to maximize business opportunities;
  • Ensure service employees comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements;
  • Network with existing clients and vendors;
  • Maintain internal relationships with NSO management, ITCG BU Customer Support Operations, PSCs, FSC, Canon Europe Business Groups, and external relationships with Canon Partners, key customers, local vendors, and industry associations.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in senior management functions, specifically in service or related areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining strategy, managing big operations, projects, and customers, as well as managing budgets and P&L.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in management, finance, industrial engineering, or technology;
  • Mother tongue Italian;
  • Fluent in English written and oral;
  • Significant experience in senior management functions in service or related professional areas;
  • Experience in defining strategy, tactics, and managing big operations, projects, and customers;
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L;
  • Experience in all aspects of people management.
