Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports to: Service Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilities:In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers.
You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.
The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite.
This role is contributing to the Motion Service business area.
You will be mainly accountable for:Performing entry-level field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.Executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensuring the job is done on time and meets quality standards.Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative.Qualifications for the role:Bachelor's Degree in Electronics / Electric Engineering, High School Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience in the field.Proven experience in testing and maintenance in an Electrical Environment (inverter, electrical motors, protection, power supplies, and exciters).Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Availability for business travel (abroad for business and training purposes).Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem-solving, and result orientation will complete your profile.More about us:We value people from different backgrounds.
