Was ist die Aufgabe eines Business Development Leaders?Ein Business Development Leader (BDL) ermittelt neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, um Einnahmen zu erzielen, die Rentabilität zu verbessern und das Unternehmenswachstum zu fördern.
Dazu gehören strategische Planung, Marktpositionierung und die Verbesserung des Geschäftsbetriebs oder der Reputation.
Durch eine sorgfältige Analyse der Markttrends und des Wettbewerbs entwickelt und implementiert ein BDL Strategien, um die Reichweite und den Erfolg des Unternehmens im medizinischen Sektor zu vergrößern.Warum brauchen wir Sie?• Unterstützung für SEE als Marktführer für große und kleine Parenteralia-Verpackungen (LVP), Ostomie-Barrierefolien und biopharmazeutische Folien und Steigerung von Umsatz und Marktpräsenz.• Werde ein vertrauenswürdigen Geschäftspartner für bestehende Großkunden durch Proaktivität im Dialog, Service und Intensivierung der Kundenbindung und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.• Entwicklung neuer Perspektiven durch die Ermittlung und Umwandlung potenzieller Chancen in regelmäßige, kontinuierliche Verkäufe und die Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms.• Schärfung des Profils von SEE auf dem EMEA-Markt durch Verständnis und Eingehen auf Kundenbedürfnisse und unserer Positionierung als Marktführer.• Zusammenarbeit mit dem I&D-Team zu neuen Produktideen und -entwicklungen, Sicherstellung der Entsprechung unserer Angebote in Bezug auf die Marktanforderungen• Erkundung von Parallelmärkten, um zusätzliche Wachstums- und Diversifizierungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren.
Qualifikationen• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Priorität für technische Fächer.• Erfahrung in diesem Bereich, idealerweise im medizinischen Sektor, mit gutem Geschäftssinn und Kommunikationsfähigkeit• Bereitschaft, mehr als 40 % der Zeit zu reisen und Beziehungen zu neuen Kunden aufzubauen.• Vertretung der SEE auf internationalen Messen und Kongressen.• Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache (schriftlich und mündlich) und mindestens einer weiteren Sprache (vorzugsweise Deutsch, aber auch Französisch, Italienisch oder Spanisch).
