Job summary
Hotel Cipriani in Venice is seeking a Bar Manager for Bar GabbianoResponsible for day-to-day operation, guest satisfaction, and financial metricsIdeal candidate has luxury hospitality experience and is passionate about F&B
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Handle all aspects of the bar operation• Assess and deliver strategic priorities and targets• Enhance performance and guest experience• Elevate bar menu and develop new beverage concepts• Lead, train, and coach the bar team• Foster growth, development, and performance• Assist in budget preparation• Ensure service excellence and collaborate with other departments• Comply with safety practices and policies• Update licenses and comply with legislation
Requirements
• Previous experience as Head Barman, Barlady, or Bar Manager in luxury hospitality• Desirable international work experience• Extensive knowledge of quality spirits and wines• Excellent understanding of classic and modern cocktails• Demonstrate Belmond's core behaviors• Exceptional people-management and communication skills• Able to multitask and meet deadlines• Strong computer literacy• Fluent in Italian and English
