Per farlo puntiamo ad un grande lavoro di squadra, crediamo nella correttezza e nella collaborazione tra i team.Di cosa ti occuperaiSarai inserito/a all'interno del Gruppo Aruba nel team Engineering del reparto Data Center con il ruolo di Technical Product Owner NETWORK DATA-CENTER e sarai il/la responsabile ultimo/a, da un punto di vista tecnologico, del ciclo di vita del servizio di data-center network in tutte le sue fasi: progettazione, implementazione, operations ed assurance.In particolare potrai:interfacciarti e collaborare attivamente con le linee di business preposte per recepire le esigenze di business in termini di innovazione dei servizi e del relativo offering in ambito network datacenter;tradurre l'esigenza di business in requisiti tecnologici;indirizzare la progettazione della soluzione e la successiva messa a terra della stessa;avere in carico l'analisi dei costi, la gestione del budget, dei forecast e delle scorte di magazzino;coordinare il team di progettazione delle soluzioni di datacenter network.Data la natura tecnica della mansione si rende indispensabile una conoscenza approfondita dei seguenti ambiti, che verrà validata in fase di selezione:Architetture e tecnologie di rete datacenter (tradizionali e spine-leaf);Architetture e tecnologie di datacenter interconnect;Protocolli ed architetture di routing ip interne all'organizzazione e su rete Internet;Architetture e tecnologie per reti di trasporto;Servizi di VPN L2 e L3 in datacenter o su rete geografica;Architetture e tecnologie di network security;Architetture e tecnologie di network load balancing;Architetture e tecnologie di softwaredefined networking;Conoscenze di base delle principali tecnologie di virtualizzazione e container orchestration.Sei il/la candidato/a ideale se hai:Laurea in discipline STEM (preferibilmente Informatica/Telecomunicazioni);Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2);Autonomia nella gestione della relazione (tecnico/commerciale) con i principali operatori di telecomunicazione nazionale ed internazionali e con gli hardware vendor di riferimento;Attitudine alla gestione dei rapporti e spiccata capacità di collaborazione con i team tecnici e con le funzioni aziendali di business;Capacità di produrre documentazione di varia tipologia: documentazione tecnica, modelli di costo, supporto alla stesura di business case;Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di raggiungere gli obiettivi assegnati;Orientamento all'auto-apprendimento continuo;Attitudine al ragionamento analitico ed alla costruzione di modelli.Cosa OffriamoFormazione continua con piani di Induction strutturati per i nuovi ingressi in azienda e percorsi specifici in funzione del Ruolo/Area.Se previsto dalla mansione potrai lavorare in modalità agile, grazie alle politiche applicate in azienda.Ambiente smart e collaborativoPossibilità di crescita professionaleTicket RestaurantSede di lavoro: ItalyPossibilità di lavorare da remoto o in una delle sedi principali del gruppo quali Firenze, Arezzo, Milano, Ponte San Pietro (BG), Roma, Torino, Bologna.#Hybrid
