Your main task will be to manage customer inquiries and deliver outstanding service in adherence to our established guidelines.
You will interact with customers via different communication channels, such as mail, phone, and fax, promptly and professionally addressing their requirements.
Furthermore, you will work closely with both internal and external partners to guarantee customer contentment and effectively implement resolutions.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesTo excel in this role, you will need:Excellent social skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleaguesStrong written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in EnglishExperience with SAP System and C4s SystemPreferably experience in a customer quote/order administrator/support roleThe ability to process customer needs according to instructions and internal guidelines/SOPsStrong administration and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities and effectively manage priorities.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work both independently and collaborativelyA high level of accuracy and attention to detailExperienceTo be successful in this role, you should have:1+ years of customer service experienceJoin our team today and be part of a world-class organization that values diversity and inclusion.
