Smart Skills Center ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore IT, un/a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE La risorsa sarà una figura molto importante, alla quale verrà affidato il compito di identificare e qualificare nuove opportunità di vendita e si occuperà di: Ricerca di potenziali clienti ( prospecting ): utilizza strumenti come CRM, LinkedIn e database per individuare aziende o individui che potrebbero essere interessati ai prodotti o servizi offerti.
Contatto iniziale : stabilisce il primo contatto con i potenziali clienti, tramite chiamate a freddo ( cold calling ), email, o messaggi su piattaforme professionali.
Qualificazione dei lead : valuta se i potenziali clienti sono adatti a proseguire nel processo di vendita, basandosi su criteri come necessità, budget e tempistiche.
Collaborazione con il team di vendita : trasferisce i lead qualificati ai venditori o agli account executive, garantendo una transizione fluida.
Requisiti: Diploma o Laurea Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi nel ruolo Flessibilità oraria Inglese e Spagnolo fluenti Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali Ottime doti di lavoro in team, di analisi e probelm solving completano il profilo Si offre: Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato, in ambiente giovane, dinamico e stimolante.
