Join usWithin the Transformation and Operation department and reporting to Regional COO, the purpose of the position is to roll out the Lean Management methodology across the region, monitoring adoption metrics to ensure the lean mindset is being embedded in the way of working in the region, coaching Team Leaders regarding lean tools and management on an ongoing basis, and supporting key tools.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the rollout of Lean Management methodology for Team Leaders and their teams across the Mediterranean Africa Region (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Middle-East, Egypt, South Africa).Monitor adoption metrics to ensure the lean mindset is embedded in the way of working in the region.Structured coaching of Team Leaders regarding lean tools and management on an ongoing basis.Support on key tools, e.g., facilitate a Value Stream Mapping session if needed for complex topics.Collaborate with Regional controlling to ensure clear baseline and tracking of productivity improvement initiatives with clear benefits across the Power the Core plan period.YOUR MAIN MISSIONS WILL BE TODevelop and execute action plans that result in quality, productivity, and cost savings.Design and implement corrective action plans to eliminate wasteful or ineffective practices, processes, and procedures.Create and implement training and staff development programs.Identify and implement new innovative technologies and processes.Oversee day-to-day operations of the quality control department.Oversee all process improvement and quality improvement initiatives, including developing, implementing, and maintaining monthly quality work improvement goals.Document, track, and monitor current project performance using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions to improve the quality of all work completed.Train employees on quality tools, methodologies, and practices.Develop, implement, and maintain quality audit, corrective action, and preventive action plans to ensure compliance.CANDIDATE PROFILE:Education: Degree educated with a financial, engineering, technical, or business background.
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or equivalent.Experience: At least 7-10 years of business experience in operations and lean management in financial services or industrial organizations.
Good knowledge of financial analysis and business case creation.
IT savvy, knows how to apply technology to drive business results.
Knowledge of key lean tools, VSM, 5 Ys, Skills matrix, Kaizen, etc.Competencies: Excellent skills in verbal and written communication with PowerPoint and strategic storytelling to identify the so what from the data and communicate to top executives.
Proven lean management operational experience.
Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent ability to link operations actions to target KPIs.
Ability to create new actions if compensation is needed.
Advanced analytic skills for analysis.
