ServierLa figura selezionata sarà responsabile di fornire supporto amministrativo al team di vendita, contribuendo all'ottimizzazione dei processi e delle operazioni quotidiane.
Responsabilità Principali: Gestione delle comunicazioni interne ed esterne per la Sales Force.
Coordinamento e organizzazione di riunioni, appuntamenti e conferenze.
Preparazione e gestione della documentazione necessaria per le attività di vendita.
Preparare presentazioni e materiali di supporto per riunioni ed eventi.
Supporto logistico e organizzativo Gestione e archiviazione documentale Gestire la logistica e le prenotazioni di viaggi per il team di vendita.
Ordinare forniture d'ufficio e materiali promozionali.
Supervisionare il budget del team di vendita e gestire le spese.
Competenze Tecniche Richieste: Conoscenza di base delle pratiche amministrative e contabili.
Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferibile la conoscenza di SAP (per inserimento ordini) Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Soft Skill Richieste: Spiccate capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.
Capacità comunicative eccellenti, sia scritte che verbali.
Attitudine al problem solving Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli.
Abilità nel lavorare in team e nel supportare colleghi e superiori.
Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento in un ambiente dinamico.
Proattività e capacità di gestire autonomamente le proprie mansioni.
