Posizione: Stiamo attualmente cercando un Revenue Manager altamente competente e motivato per unirsi al nostro team.
Il Revenue Manager sarà responsabile della massimizzazione del fatturato e del profitto attraverso una gestione strategica delle tariffe, dell'inventario e della distribuzione delle nostre strutture extra-alberghiere.
Responsabilità: Sviluppare e implementare strategie di pricing competitive per massimizzare il fatturato e la redditività delle strutture extra-alberghiere.
Analizzare quotidianamente le prenotazioni, cancellazioni, i dati di mercato generale e le tendenze per identificare sia opportunità sia periodi deboli.
Collaborare direttamente con i soci per sviluppare strategie promozionali efficaci e campagne di vendita.
Monitorare costantemente le prestazioni e i risultati, apportando modifiche strategiche quando necessario.
Fornire analisi approfondite e report regolari sulle prestazioni del revenue management.
Requisiti: Esperienza comprovata nel revenue management, preferibilmente nel settore delle strutture extra-alberghiere.
Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di revenue management e delle migliori pratiche del settore.
Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
Capacità di lavorare sia in team sia indipendentemente.
Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di gestire multiple priorità in un ambiente dinamico.
Conoscenza dei principali sistemi di revenue management e software di analisi dati.
