Il nostro Cliente è una storica realtà operante nel settore Chimico, presente sul mercato sin dagli anni Quaranta e basata nei pressi di Pogliano Milanese (MI). Principali responsabilità La risorsa riporterà al Direttore Generale e sarà responsabile delle strategie marketing dell'azienda relative ai prodotti realizzati. Il suo obiettivo sarà quello di migliorare la brand awareness, di coadiuvare lo sviluppo strategico aziendale mediante analisi degli scenari competitivi, di guidare la comunicazione e promozione dei prodotti. Di seguito, le principali mansioni di cui si occuperà: Condurre analisi di mercato per orientare lo sviluppo aziendale, per entrare in nuovi mercati o nuove aree geografiche e sviluppare i mercati esistenti; Condurre analisi di portafoglio prodotti verso la concorrenza, per stabilire buchi di gamma e performance gap verso la concorrenza, garantendo un miglior risultato di vendita insieme alla direzione tecnica; Condurre analisi dello scenario competitivo relativo ai principali competitor; Definire il piano di marketing e comunicazione e il relativo budget annuale; Gestire l'organizzazione delle fiere e degli eventi, coordinando tutti i fornitori esterni coinvolti; Gestire la redazione e la pubblicazione dei testi sui social media aziendali; Principali caratteristiche richieste Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti: Laurea in discipline tecniche (Chimica/Ing. Chimica); Esperienza lavorativa consolidata nel ruolo di  almeno 3 anni . La provenienza dal settore chimico è considerata un plus; Conoscenza dei principi e delle tecniche di marketing; Conoscenza in Digital e Social Media Marketing; Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (Tedesco e/o Francese saranno considerati un plus); Buona conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office 365.
