INTERNATIONAL PORTFOLIO INSIGHT MANAGER
About the Company: With a strong history and a commitment to innovation, our client is dedicated to develop and commercialize innovative drugs in Oncology. As part of an ambitious strategic plan, the Company is expanding its presence and growing in Europe, starting from Italy, which will serve as the Headquarters for the International Operations.
The Opportunity: To enable the Company growth, we are seeking a talented and experienced International Portfolio Insight Manager to strengthen the Headquarters and play a pivotal role in developing the Company growth at the European level.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure full understanding of performance, forward-looking perspectives on market dynamics, opportunities and implications for commercial strategies and actions, analysing various pharma datasets and sources
-Design and carry-out market researches in order to understand the markets in terms of quali- and quanti- insights and to provide the Competitive Intelligence scenario. Develop the "competitive forecasting" models in collaboration with the Country General Managers
-Ownership of CRM implementation on technical and business level
-Design and oversee omni-channel implementation and processes in order to fully exploit the potential of the International markets
-Set-up of the International incentive system for the field force, defining the annual incentive scheme and coordinating the implementation.
Education and Experience Requirements:
-Education: Master's degree in Economics or in Scientific subjects
-Experience: 5+ years in Commercial Excellence roles in Pharmaceutical Companies
-Fluent in English.
Required Skills:
-Strong analytical, quantitative and proactive problem solving approach
-High flexibility and prioritization skills. Strong ability to engaging with all levels of the organization at international level.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
