A continuación, se describen las responsabilidades clave para un especialista en soporte técnico con experiencia enNSX yvSphere : Soporte Técnico y Resolución de Problemas proporcionando asistencia a nuestros clientes con la implementación, configuración y solución de problemas relacionados con SDDC basandose en VMware NSX yvSphere.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de red, seguridad y virtualización en entornos VMware.
Seguridad y Cumplimiento configurando y manteniendo las políticas de seguridad en NSX para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas y estándares de seguridad.
Monitoreo y Optimización : Supervisar el rendimiento y la disponibilidad de las redes virtuales y los componentes delSDDC .
Identificar áreas de mejora y optimizar la infraestructura.
Documentación y Comunicación : Documentar procedimientos, soluciones y problemas comunes.
Comunicarse eficazmente con los clientes y otros equipos técnicos.
Colaboración y Resolución de Incidentes : Trabajar con otros especialistas en soporte técnico, ingenieros y desarrolladores para resolver problemas complejos.
Participar en la creación de soluciones y mejores prácticas.
En resumen, como especialista en soporte técnico de VMware, tu papel es fundamental para garantizar que los clientes aprovechen al máximo las capacidades deNSX ,SDDC yvSphere , y que sus entornos virtuales sean seguros, eficientes y confiables.
Buscamos un candidato con habilidades y experiencia en comunicaciones de CPD y entornos SDDC de VMware.

Comunicaciones de NSX : Al menos2 años de experiencia en la configuración, administración y solución de problemas de comunicaciones de NSX .
Capacidad para diseñar, implementar y mantener redes virtuales utilizandoVMware NSX .
Entornos SDDC de VMware : Experiencia acreditada de al menos3 años en entornosSDDC (Software-Defined Data Center) deVMware .
Dedicación exclusiva a proyectos relacionados conVMware , incluyendovSphere y otros componentes del SDDC.
Conocimientos en Proyectos de VMware : Experiencia en proyectos relacionados conVMware y otros componentes delSDDC .
Formación y Experiencia : Título universitario o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior enTecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones (TIC) .
En caso de no disponer de la titulación, se considerará cumplido este requisito si el candidato acredita al menos10 años de experiencia laboral en el campo de las TIC .
