We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at KLA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and technical support for our customers worldwide.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling all aspects of technical support, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our equipment.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their technical issues. Your excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers worldwide
  2. Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  3. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  4. Work collaboratively with the installation team to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

  • Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics repair or technical support
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
