Our Technical Support team plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with our Customer Care team to provide timely and effective support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer requests via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide support for inquiries related to domains, hosting, email, and connectivity.
- Analyze customer care data to report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
- Utilize customer support tools and business intelligence systems to enhance the customer experience.
- Diploma from a Technical Institute or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with direct customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of connectivity concepts.
- Excellent communication and synthesis abilities.
- Basic proficiency in English.
