Technical Support Specialist Role Summary

At Team.blue, we offer digital presence and enablement tools to over 2 million customers across Europe. Our Technical Support team plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with our Customer Care team to provide timely and effective support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer requests via phone, email, and chat to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Provide support for inquiries related to domains, hosting, email, and connectivity.
  • Analyze customer care data to report on Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
  • Utilize customer support tools and business intelligence systems to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Diploma from a Technical Institute or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with direct customer interactions.
  • Basic understanding of connectivity concepts.
  • Excellent communication and synthesis abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
