About the Role


We are seeking an IT Technical Support expert to join our Schindler Group team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and customers.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our elevator and escalator systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base


Requirements



  • Degree in computer science, electronics, or IT-related field
  • Solid experience in IT/Network and System Administration
  • Any specific certification exams (Microsoft/CISCO/ecc...) will be preferred
  • Experience in Power Apps is a nice to have
  • Self-directed and self-organized, highly responsible and reliable team player
  • Good analytical skills and open-minded for new technologies
  • Able to build partnerships and work collaboratively in a team
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
