Job Description Joining the Dailymotion sales team means taking an active part in creating value for the company by helping to roll out premium advertising campaigns on our video catalog.
Dailymotion is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to oversee our agency portfolio and coordinate media center operations, specifically enhancing our sales initiatives in Italy.
This role is crucial for optimizing our internal resources, enabling senior staff to concentrate on direct client relationships through effective operational oversight and strategic account management.  Responsibilities:  Agency Portfolio Management: Strategically manage an established portfolio of media agencies, focusing on operational efficiency to streamline interactions and drive business growth.  Operational Coordination: Oversee the media center side of the business, organizing roadshows, detailing presentations, and coordinating the team's operational activities.  Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including CSM, AdOps, and Sales Marketing, to ensure cohesive agency management and service delivery.  Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and team cohesion.  Client Engagement: Organize and participate in client meetings and events to maintain strong, productive agency relationships.  Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from organizing calls and meetings to managing media plan confirmations and sending proposals.    Qualifications Qualifications:  Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital advertising with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the Italian ad tech, video, and programmatic advertising landscapes.
Experience in media agency operations is a plus.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office and iOS; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
Must possess strong sales capabilities, including forecasting and sales progression.  Communication and Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication abilities coupled with proven leadership skills to mentor and drive team performance.  Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and agency dynamics.  Soft Skills: Highly motivated, team-oriented, excellent people skills, with a client-focused and sales-driven attitude.  Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian and full professional proficiency English.  Additional Information Location: Milan (Italy)  Start Date: depending on your availabilities  Contract Type: Full-time and Permanent contract
