Proponiamo attività di consulenza in ambito della UX Design e Research progettando con un approccio data driven basato sull'analisi dati prodotti e servizi digitali come siti o App e software finalizzati in grado di proporre una user experience centrata sugli utenti e in grado di soddisfare i requisiti di business dei clienti.

Con il nostro team di consulenti specializzati, aiutiamo i nostri clienti a sviluppare e ottimizzare le proprie piattaforme, accompagnandoli nelle fasi di analisi, progettazione e monitoraggio delle performance del prodotto o servizio.
Dal 2016, anno della sua nascita, fino ad oggi, Conflux ha lavorato con importanti clienti nell'ambito dei servizi, fashion, automotive e finance.
Nell'ambito del progetto di crescita ed espansione di Conflux siamo alla ricerca di un Business Development Manager in grado di supportare i nostri clienti in tutto il ciclo di vita della User Experience del prodotto o del servizio digitale nell'ambito di progetti legati alla trasformazione digitale.
Di cosa di occupa il Business Development Manager?
Ti occuperai di consulenza e di attività finalizzate alla vendita, seguendo la realizzazione di progetti UX;
Creerai nuove opportunità di business con clienti prospect online e offline;
Ti occuperai della vendita di progetti UX relativi a servizi digitali come App, Siti o Web Application presso clienti diretti e aziende partner;
Proporrai e attiverai dei design team di consulenti UX presso i clienti e parteciperai attivamente al recruiting e alla gestione del team di lavoro;
Condurrai ricerche sulle tendenze aziendali aiutare a prendere decisioni solide e contribuire a guidare l'azienda verso le opportunità di crescita;
Con il supporto del delivery team ti occuperai della vendita di progetti di UX Research come UX assessment e analisi di usabilità;
Ti dedicherai al prospecting, all'aggiornamento del funnel di vendita e al nurturing delle relazioni con i clienti;
Sarai coinvolto nella ricerca di nuove leve di crescita, gestione dei progetti commerciali e nella negoziazione di nuovi accordi commerciali.
**Inoltre, sei fatto per noi se**:
Hai un'esperienza di +5 anni nel ruolo;
Possiedi una Laurea in Economia e commercio, Ingegneria gestionale o affini e Diploma al Liceo Classico o Scientifico;
Hai una eccellente conoscenza della lingua italiana (parlata e scritta) e dell'inglese (certificato);
Possiedi un'ottima conoscenza dei CRM software per la gestione delle lead e tracciamento delle opportunità commerciali;
Hai ottime capacità di generare nuove opportunità con clienti prospect ed esperienza nella gestione di follow up commerciali;
Ti dedicherai al prospecting, all'aggiornamento del funnel di vendita e al nurturing delle relazioni con i clienti.
