Titolo di lavoro: Business Development Manager Riporta a: Head of Sales Durata del contratto: Permanente Ubicazione: Milano Orario normale di lavoro: 40 Periodo di prova: 6 mesi Ambito del ruoloE' responsabile dello sviluppo e dei rapporti di partnership per lo sviluppo della settore pubblico. Identifica e crea opportunità di crescita per l'azienda nel settore delle energie rinnovabili proponendo progetti ai comuni e agli enti pubblici. Costruire e mantenere relazioni con clienti esistenti e potenziali. Lavorare a stretto contatto con il sales manager e il marketing director per pianificare strategie di vendita.
Principali responsabilità del business development manager:Supportare lo sviluppo e la vendita di progetti e dei servizi annessi.Sviluppare rapporti e vendite con Pubblica amministrazione.Sviluppare le offerte finalizzate allo sviluppo di collaborazioni con enti pubblici per esempio filone di attività CER, Autoconsumo e/o Consumo Condiviso e/o autoconsumo a distanza e VCER (Virtual CER come modello esclusivo della società), altra impiantistica generativa da CER studi di fattibilità, formazione, costituzione e gestione CER.Possedere una conoscenza approfondita dei mercati, delle tendenze e delle problematiche dell'energia, delle energie rinnovabili e delle tecnologie avanzate per garantire la piena scoperta e comprensione degli obiettivi e dei requisiti aziendali primari dei clienti.Coltivare relazioni commerciali efficaci e comunicare l'intera potenzialità delle soluzioni e dei servizi Enerqos per soddisfare le esigenze di risparmio energetico dei clienti.Promuovere una strategia di proposta vincente, contribuire al contenuto della proposta scritta e preparare e presentare soluzioni ai clienti.Indirizzare e contattare i decisori chiave e sviluppare relazioni positive per garantire nuove opportunità di progetti di sviluppo e acquisizione di quote di mercato.Monitorare l'avanzamento del piano di sviluppo assegnato.Collaborare con i team tecnici e di sviluppo per garantire il raggiungimento della soddisfazione del cliente.Competenze richiesteOttime conoscenze di negoziazione.Capacità di identificare le esigenze energetiche dei clienti, comunicare in modo efficace soluzioni energetiche e posizionare Enerqos/Ameresco come fornitore di fiducia.Comprovata esperienza nella vendita di offerte complesse.Dimostrate capacità di sviluppo di lead di vendita e di cura del cliente, comprese tecniche efficaci di negoziazione e chiusura.Eccellenti capacità verbali, scritte, di comunicazione informatica e di presentazione tecnica.Comprovata capacità di gestire efficacemente molteplici priorità e relazioni commerciali positive.AMERESCO challenges the brightest, most talented and creative individuals in the industry by providing an environment that embraces initiative, diversity, and achievement along with comprehensive rewards, including people-oriented insurance, investment, and incentive plans.
