If you share this passion to drive things forward and the integrity to insist on doing things the right way, we'll equip you to take your future into your own hands and play a leading role in our story.Job DescriptionWorks closely with the VP and stakeholders to make sure projects are flowing and completed according to agreed timelines;Supports in the development, implementation and maintenance of strategic initiatives;Ensures communication and collaboration across functions for specific topics;Can lead or support different workstreams;Manages and organizes day to day operations across business functions, leading cross-functional teams during execution processes;Supports with the development and maintenance of a robust programme and project management framework;Is comfortable with coverage of global teams within different time zones;Coordination of various stakeholders involved (Commercial, Operations, Tech, Finance, HR) for different projects/initiatives;Drives progress on initiatives and identifies risks;Supports in creating/delivering reports/presentations for different stakeholders and senior managers;Facilitates meetings/workshops in collaboration with other team members across functions;Key InterfacesMedia Measurement Commercial – Global Local LeadsMedia Measurement Global Strategy DirectorMedia Measurement Tech, Product Ops TeamsMedia Measurement Finance Business PartnerSalesForce support teamMedia Measurement CommunicationsDesired SkillsBachelor´s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experienceProject management skills to oversee and coordinate various tasks/workstreams on a global scale; experience with associated tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, MS Project/PlannerAdvanced knowledge in Office suiteExperience in working with Global teamsEagerness to learn, a growth mindset team spiritGood presentation and communication skillsExcellent English language skillsSelf-organized, proactive, solution-oriented mindset, is able to troubleshoot and prioritizeDrive to get things done and work independentlyComfortable with ambiguity and being able to multi-task across multiple areas and projectsThis role can be based in any of our core offices including Nuremberg, Hamburg, Frankfurt, London, Leuven, Milan, and Amstelveen.We are an ethical and honest company that is wholly committed to its clients and employees.
