Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at site and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer's guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for:
Coordinating a team of service technicians operating in Italy.
Managing all required reporting and documentation and overseeing the timely registration of necessary data in the system.
Building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention, utilizing feedback to drive development of processes and practices.
Regularly reviewing the scope of work to ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, particularly regarding claims and changes.
Working with other ABB units and teams to harmonize service activities and maximize service sales at every opportunity.
Identifying key improvement opportunities in products, services, and processes, and disseminating the findings.
Qualifications for the role
At least 3 years of experience working as a Service Coordinator.
Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in coordinating activities like servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing, highly preferred of UPS products.
High school diploma or Engineering degree.
Good knowledge of English.
Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Proven management skills and ability to prioritize customer's needs.
