Cos'è la Domotica Assistenziale: La Domotica Assistenziale di PANDO è una soluzione per strutture del settore LTC costituita da 3 componenti: hardware, software e servizi annessi.
L'hardware è composto da vari dispositivi ambientali che complessivamente inviano i dati rilevati ad una piattaforma software, che è il punto di controllo degli operatori della struttura, dagli OSS ai direttori.
PANDO si occupa della progettazione, dell'installazione e del mantenimento del sistema nel corso del tempo.
Il cliente paga un contributo di installazione, e un canone mensile per l'utilizzo del software e per il supporto tecnico, che comprende anche interventi in loco per la risoluzione di eventuali problemi non risolvibili da remoto.

La posizione è pensata per profili junior, quindi non è richiesta esperienza lavorativa pregressa (seppur gradita se si parla di 1 o 2 anni).
Sarai il primo punto di contatto dei nostri lead.
Lavorerai molto al telefono per aprire porte; collaborando con il team leader e i Sales Executive per vendere PANDO Labs a nuovi clienti.
Parlerai con la segreteria e con la direzione di RSA sia pubbliche che private.Nella pratica ci piacerai se:Hai 1-2 anni di esperienza in sales di prodotti SaaS o servizi healthcareSei ingegnoso/a: hai spirito di iniziativa, impari in fretta, cerchi la soluzione e non il problemaHai tanta voglia di fare: stiamo aprendo un nuovo mercato da zero, non è proprio un lavoro tranquilloUsi estensivamente strumenti digitali di work management (tra cui CRM, ERP, ecc)Due parole sulla squadra: PANDO conta ad oggi 6 FTE, e nel 2026 dovremmo arrivare a 20-25.
Il team Sales è composto per il momento da 2 persone, con l'obiettivo di arrivare a 5 entro la metà del 2025.
Nel tuo team collaborerai con il responsabile vendite e 1 o più sales executive a cui alzerai le palle da schiacciare sotto forma di lead, nonché con il business development lead che coordinerà il tuo lavoro.
