As our new Advertising Strategy Manager, you serve as a trusted consultant with partners consistently bringing them creative, solution-oriented ideas and products to meet their business challenges as well as goals and objectives. You will be using your organisation and communication skills effectively but most of all - you will be passionate about sport and delivering the very best service to all stakeholders. As Advertising and Strategy Manager in Italy, you will work closely with all departments within the DAZN universe as well as with external partners to maximize advertising revenue. Your responsibilities will include the Go-to-Market Strategy and the implementation and execution of innovative new products & hero projects. You will lead DAZN's relationships with blue chip brands to create client-focused concepts and solutions. This role is based in Milan, San Babila. Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks As our new Advertising Strategy Manager, you'll have the opportunity to: Work very closely with the sales team and support to deliver sales and revenue targets.Create proactively concepts and ideas to engage brands and agencies around non-traditional projects.Lead the client services team in the delivery and reporting of DAZN campaigns.Work with all relevant DAZN functions (including content team, rights team, marketing team and operations team) to ensure successful delivery of DAZN campaign and non-traditional projects plan, and execute.Serve as a trusted consultant to the DAZN VP of advertising sales, helping him to define GTM strategy, annual business planning, agency relationship and commercial policy.Research and develop industry and market insights.Represent the Italian team within DAZN international community, building a strong knowledge of advertising products and solutions, including future innovation. You'll have: Experience within the media industry, ideally TV/OTT and a real passion for sport.Existing relationships with marketing stakeholders of the biggest advertisers.Track record to create and execute creative hero projects and branded content concepts.Project management and account management skills, always revenue & KPI driven.Excellent Power Point and Excel skills.Proficiency to work under tight deadlines to develop and execute deal elements.Proactive attitude and knows how to drive duties across the finish line.Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment with a goal-oriented culture.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in Italian and in English.
