Are you a Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist?
Would you like to work for one of the most important Logistics Company in the world?Your RoleSea Logistics Customer Care Specialist is part of a team in the Operational Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities.Your ResponsibilitiesHandle customers request and complaints; Handle a variation of Export / Import and/or LCL shipments; Have regular contacts with the customers to define the best practices and offer advice if needed; Provide customerswith quotes in collaboration with your manager or responsible person; Inform the customer correctly and in time about the course of the shipment; Follow the courseof the shipment from the customer until the port of departure/arrival; Signal or correctmistakes and resolve issues, ambiguities, incompleteness's that were escalated by employees whether or not in agreement with your direct manager; Optimize the operational and administrative processes for more efficiency within your department; Your Skills and ExperiencesBachelor Degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain Management; Proven experiencein Sea Logistics; Strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding; Proven experiencein customer service; Advanced knowledge on industry specific guidelines and adherence to regulatory requirements; Ability to communicate persuasively whilst demonstrating adaptability and empathy; Problem-Solving and able to work under pressure; Languages: Native English and very good verbal and written knowledge of English.Good Reasons to JoinSince 1890, Kuehne+Nagel is committed to shape the world of logistics with a strong determination to connect people and goods through innovative and sustainable logistics solutions.
