**Scopo della posizione**:
Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato e di margine relativi alle linee di prodotto attraverso la gestione e il coordinamento della propria forza vendita e dei clienti direzionali.
Affetta attività di monitoraggio, formazione e incentivazione dei venditori.
Coordina la comunicazione tra Rete vendita e ufficio commerciale.
Pianifica eventi ed iniziative promozionali in coordinamento con uff. Marketing. (Fiere, Riunioni annuali agenti, riunioni periodiche interne, presentazioni cataloghi e prodotti)

**RESPONSABILITA' PRIMARIE**
- Assicura il raggiungimento dei target di fatturato per il mercato di competenza.
- E' responsabile dello sviluppo e implementazione della strategia relativa al mercato nonché del relativo budget annuale per area geográfica e marchio.
- Mantiene contatti costanti e diretti con la clientela di competenza e gestisce le trattative principali di vendita; effettua periodiche missioni di affiancamento e formazione della rete vendita con lo scopo di monitorare accuratamente la promozione del marchio nel territorio di competenza dell'Agenzia nonché di curare le relazioni dirette con il portafoglio clienti.
- Coordina e verifica le richieste commerciali provenienti dalla forza vendita prima che vengano trasmesse al back office; profila i nuovi contatti commerciali provenienti da Rete vendita, web o
- portali dedicati.
- Verifica e coordina l'attività dell'organizzazione commerciale per tutti i clienti del mercato di riferimento, tiene sotto costante controllo le necessità del mercato ed i relativi trend; analizza e informa la Direzione sulle attività della concorrenza e sulla posizione e potenzialità dell'azienda nel mercato.
- Cura direttamente le relazioni con i clienti strategici e partecipa a trattative importanti.

RELAZIONI
- Coordina e controlla l'attività degli agenti.
- Coordinamento e supervisione del backoffice commerciale interno all'azienda.
- Riferisce e si relaziona direttamente con la Direzione Generale

**Caratteristiche del profilo ricercato**:

- Diploma e/o laurea;
- Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito commerciale;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte programmate sia in Italia che all'estero (mediamente settimane mese).
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (scritto e parlato)
- Preferibile residenza in provincia di Padova o limitrofe, no foresteria no pendolari.
- Completano il profilo: standing curato, doti comunicative e di leadership, relazionali e di negoziazione; orientamento al cliente; capacità di lavoro in team; autonomia decisionale ed organizzativa; flessibilità, adattabilità e forte orientamento agli obiettivi.
