**Location**: Cantù (CO)

**Quality Control Technician** è il ruolo dedicato al controllo della qualità del processo produttivo, in particolare attraverso l'esecuzione di controlli dimensionali e la definizione di eventuali misure correttive. Il Quality Control Technician, contribuisce così al mantenimento e al miglioramento degli standard aziendali.

**Responsabilità**
- Assicurare che particolari e semilavorati rispettino gli standard aziendali e siano conformi alle specifiche, garantendo un’adeguata attività di controllo mediante strumenti di misura appropriati e piani di controllo;
- Interfacciarsi con la produzione per definire tempi e priorità della attività di controllo dimensionale.

**Attività**
- Controlli dimensionali tramite strumenti di misura manuali;
- Utilizzo della macchina di misura a coordinate (Zeiss): creazione del programma specifico per ogni componente, attività di misurazione, archiviazione e valutazione del dato al fine di identificare eventuali non conformità;
- Creazione delle non conformità a sistema;
- In collaborazione con altre funzioni aziendali, definizione e gestione di eventuali misure correttive;
- Partecipazione agli audit di certificazione qualità, interni ed esterni;
- Gestione dell’attività di taratura di tutti gli strumenti di misura utilizzati in azienda.

**Requisiti fondamentali**
- Diploma di perito meccanico o laurea triennale in ingegneria meccanica;
- Conoscenza e utilizzo degli strumenti di misura;
- Doti di precisione, concentrazione e cura per lo svolgimento delle attività affidate;
- Dinamismo e capacità di proporre soluzioni in autonomia, in situazioni di urgenza;
- Disponibilità al confronto e capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia, sia in team;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (Livello B1).

**Requisiti preferenziali**
- Due anni di esperienza lavorativa in ambito della qualità di prodotto, con macchine di misurazione 3D e misure convenzionali;
- Conoscenza / esperienza delle tecniche di lavorazione su macchine utensili a controllo numerico.
