Manage Customer Care and Supply Activities for all Sobi portfolio, with a dedicated support
- This is a hybrid role with 3 days in Milan office/2 remote

Monitor the competitive scenario related to Tenders for all the products and drive Tender strategy to support BUD in Haematology and SC&Immunology markets.
Manage the Tender external support during the documentation set up, the submission and the follow up of the activities
Ensure the correct Tender Alert, Track Tender Software and Tender Excel tool settings in base of Sobi needs.
Ensure the regular and prompt update of all regional “procurement portals”.
Ensure regular update to the Tender SOP according to legislation and ensure its full respect
Support Greece Country Manager in developing Tender Process in specific geographic territories, as needed
Vigilance Committee**:Quarterly Audit Check activities regarding Tender management
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Care**
Manage Supply Chain activities and Customer Care activities with the support of dedicated internal resource
Be the reference responsible person for Customers (i.e.Regions, Hospitals, Local Health Units, etc.) for Supply Chain and Customer Care, according to regulation
Monitor the respect of contractual conditions and coordinate with other functions in case of complaints
Grant the full active cycle of Tender & Customer Success and Supply Management with cross-functional regular performance dialogues across all levels on a monthly base
Constantly update Logistics Sops, according to regulation and operational efficiency
Support Tenders and Custpomer Care Manager in order to grant Supply Chain activities and Customer Care activities

Under the supervision of the Customer Success Manager, he/she is the Supply Chain coordinator between local wholesaler, HQ and customers,
He/she is the contact person for Customers (i.e. Regions, Hospitals, Local Health Units, etc.) for Supply Chain and Customer Care
Product Supply coordinator (Refil Orders), Returns Handling, Complaints Handing, Scrapping, New Customer setup-local distribution,
Provide the price list of Sobi products to the Logistic team
Customer Service and coordination with DHL order entry team, OTC activities, Receivable monitoring
Collect on a regular basis needs and actions to prevent any requests or needs from Customers and coordinate with internal cross-functional team and external logistic support
Prepare Reports for Monthly Update Meetings with focus on Supply Chain and Customer Care activities, involving Sales Mgr and PM, extended to Finance, Regulatory and Compliance or Legal, when needed - all in order to get good levels of operational excellence
In charge of regularly updates to external support for Tender and for Logistics of “Anagráfica Clienti” (Customers Database) (i.e. creation of new codes; updates of existing ones) and of “Anagráfica Prodotti” (Products Database) (i.e. creation of new codes; updates of prices)
Stock reconciliation
Sales reconciliation (invoice sales)
Customer Master data (IFS)
Stock accounting
**Qualifications**
- Tender and Supply Chain experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Fluent in English
- Project management experience
- 5 plus years of project management in Tender experience
