**Posizione**:
La persona scelta sarà inserita all’interno di un team, attualmente composto da 4 persone e rispondendo alla Direzione Operation, avrà la responsabilità di:
- gestire le richieste tecniche dei clienti internazionali, nella fase del post-vendita e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo del servizio alla clientela;
- gestire i reclami, casi di garanzia e consulenza specifica sui prodotti;
- raccogliere feedback dai clienti e approfondirli con i team interni (ufficio commerciale, ufficio tecnico) per il miglioramento dei prodotti;
- contribuire a sviluppare e implementare strategie, per migliorare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione dei clienti.
- elaborare e implementare adeguati report e file statistici ed analizzare i dati;
- supportare técnicamente ed operativamente il team backoffice e gli area managers nelle varie attività di customer care.
**Requisiti**:
Ha maturato, una esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di back office o customer service, in aziende industriali.
Idealmente ha maturato esperienza o formazione, nel settore arredamento.
Ha conoscenza reale e fluente, scritta e parlata del Tedesco (che verrà testato in sede di primo colloquio) e di un'altra lingua - Inglese e/o Francese.
Ha conoscenza di Microsoft Office in particolare Excel.
Ha uno spiccato orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving.
