The Coronary & RDN (CRDN) businesses are part of the CardioVascular Portfolio. Our customers are clinical and non-clinical, and mainly (but not exclusively) mainly within the field of Interventional Cardiology. They include, Cardiologists, Theatre managers, Specialist nurses, Directorate managers and Procurement.

Our product/therapy is used to treat/in the treatment of patients suffering mainly from hypertension and for this specific therapeutic area, other clinical stakeholder can be nephrologists, cardiologists and/or general practitioners to act as referral of patients to the interventional cardiologist or radiologist.

To aid this vision there is a constant focus on developing innovative solutions and a significant investment in R&D across the combined businesses with both businesses having a strong pipeline of products and imaging solutions coming to market over the coming years.

Setting and execution of clear sales activities within this new business group has been clearly identified as the main important Growth Driver and the expectation is that team will be ‘The Leading Business across EMEA’ within this new Business Group.

**Careers that Change Lives**

The Market Development Specialist is responsible for developing, directing and executing local market development activities. In close collaboration with the Sales Team the Market Development Specialist will create and implement programs to help raise awareness and increase the adoption of the Renal Devervation (RDN) product portfolio. The Market Development Specialist is responsible to provide a full in-country market development service to support the sales strategy working in close collaboration with the Healthcare economics and country and European RDN Marketing Team.

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Identify key areas of focus in the RDN continuum through market research in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide country market access plans for all RDN growth drivers identified by PAA (Patient Access and Acceleration)
- Increase awareness to solutions for patient conditions through focus groups and congress activities and by helping to deploy available educational and healthcare economics programs.
- Collaborate with the Health Economics and Reimbursement teams to understand current landscape and trends in national healthcare system. Distribute available solution related health economic models to the sales and marketing team as well as to external Healthcare stakeholders.
- Create awareness concerning existing clinical evidence. Identify clinical evidence gaps.
- Partner with patient advocacy groups.
- Develop, update, and execute strategic market development plans.
- Develop strategies and tactics to build awareness and adoption of the therapy by physicians, patients and hospitals.
- Work with Health Economics, Clinical and Marketing colleagues to develop and launch clinical and healthcare economic evidence dissemination tools, information material and procedural guides to drive adoption of the RDN portfolio.
- Guarantee technical support in cathlab in the early phases of a new account setting
- Ensuring execution of commercial activities by Sales Force

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Clinical experience is a preference
- 3+ Years of sal
