**Position**:
**Mission**

Lead the Brand Creative Content strategy, guaranteeing the development and execution of coherent and consistent content assets to ensure Brand and Image elevation in line with company goals. Guide the planning, management and governance of content assets (OOH, print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events content capture, corporate communications and brand partnerships.

**Accountabilities**
- Conceive and implement the Brand Creative Content Strategy, developing creative themes, stories and experiences, from the definition to the deployment of creative assets, for all communication channels, both on-line and off-line, internal and external, ensuring Brand coherency across all touchpoints
- Ensure Brand Elevation: magnify products, places, people, through Creative Concepts, Graphic Identity and Visual Themes
- Conceive and implement with the support of our agencies the creative research, trends and the competition to bring competitive advantage for the Brand
- Define an actionable macro-plan and calendar of all the yearly creative projects/contents/activities with the internal/external actors and working with the internal departments to discuss and agree the Brand Image Calendar
- Develop and execute brand content plans that align with a company’s larger business goals
- Manage Brand projects, from the definition of the creative brief starting from the marketing needs to contents' production and delivery
- Build the Brand Content that resonates with customers and aligns with business objectives, ensuring that it remains distinctive
- Drive brand content strategy to support brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth in existing markets or development of new ones
- Establish long-term relationships with K stakeholders at company & LVMH group level to ensure that the Brand continues to evolve

**Profile**:
**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Marketing/Communication/Economics or similar fields
- +7 years of experience in similar roles
- Proven experience within the luxury industry
- International experiences (education and/or work) are a plus
- Experience in people management
- Ability to act as a team player
- Fluency in Italian and English, French and other languages are a plus
- Understanding of the current digital, social media land creative landscape
- Knowledge of graphic & web design principles is a plus
