For our office in **Trieste**, we are looking for an Executive Assistant with excellent knowledge of the English language, who will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to the Leadership and members of the Management Group.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the agenda of the key individuals in the assigned team
- Organizing travel and meetings for Managers and Senior Managers
- Managing and monitoring administrative aspects
- Organizing conference calls and meetings
- Managing archives
- Supporting requests from foreign teams
- Managing the quality control process and procedures in accordance with the guidelines established by KPMG
- High school diploma/A degree
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Previous experience in the role, preferably in multinational contexts
- Availability for possible business trips
- Driver's license and own transportation
