In qualità di Program Manager, Meetings & Events, sarai responsabile della pianificazione, organizzazione ed esecuzione di **meetings ed** **eventi **nei loro aspetti progettuali, economici e tecnici, intrattenendo relazioni con i clienti, fornitori e partner fino alla realizzazione operativa dell’evento e alla successiva rendicontazione dei costi.

**Nello specifico ti occuperai delle seguenti attività**
- Sarai il primo punto di contatto per i nostri clienti nazionali e internazionali corporate.
- Analizzerai i bisogni dei clienti e sarai responsabile del rispetto del budget.
- Coordinerai il prodotto nei contenuti, coinvolgendo i giusti partner e sarai responsabile della qualità dell’output finale.
- Porterai avanti la negoziazione e la verifica dei contratti delle parti coinvolte.
- Valuterai l’andamento dei progetti mettendo in atto, se necessario, azioni correttive.
- Gestirai operativamente la fase esecutiva di tutti i servizi richiesti dal cliente con i fornitori coinvolti.
- Gestirai la fase amministrativa e contabile dell’organizzazione dell’evento.

**Come distinguersi: requisiti**
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione della logística e/o organizzazione di meetings ed eventi.
- Formazione completa nei settori della gestione degli eventi, del turismo, dell'industria alberghiera.
- Ottima conoscenza dei prodotti Microsoft-Office.
- Ottima padronanza delle lingue italiana e inglese (orale e scritta). Qualsiasi altra lingua europea, come il francese o il tedesco, saranno un valore aggiunto.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e problem solving.
- Proattività, creatività, attenzione ai dettagli e cura del cliente.
- Capacità di lavorare insieme ad altri professionisti, organizzando le tempistiche e la suddivisione delle attività di lavoro.
- Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
- È inoltre considerato un plus, ma non un requisito necessario, la conoscenza e l’uso del GDS Amadeus.

**Program Manager**
- Firenze, Italy (Hybrid - work from home with reporting to an office twice monthly)_

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this client facing role, you will act as the event planning lead and project manager. You will collaborate with peers and vendors alike to ensure each event is executed flawlessly from site selection, to registration, to room set & menu planning through onsite execution, budget reconciliation and everything in between. You keep projects running on time, on budget and have mastered the art of managing multiple priorities at once. Sound like you? Read on

**Your responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact for your client, and ensure all milestones are clearly communicated and met. Be consultative in your approach. Afterall, you're an expert in event management.
- Work with your client and peers on procuring an ideal venue for each event.
- Build, monitor and maintain concise and accurate event budgets. Think outside of the box on creative cost savings ideas. Negotiate vendor contracts and build long lasting partnerships.
- Communicate effectively with all hotel & vendor partners. You'll be responsible for hotel rooms, designing and communicating room sets, AV/Production needs, offsite and team building events, ground transportation and signage (and more).
- Ensure everyone, from client to attendee to staff person has a positive and memorable experience from invitation stage, through onsite, and departure. We aim to please

- Communicating with clients. You have the ability to own the room and convey confidence, knowledge of best practices in events and a professional presence at first impression and on-going.
- Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure and work well in a collaborative environment.
