**THE ROLE**
This permanent position is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant team, onsite in Rome.

To maintain and develop client-business relationship and ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

To ensure client fulfilment through a professional account service. This position entails total ownership of one client/contract including; P&L, Client Relationships, Sales/Business Development, Operational Ownership.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Management of day to day operations within the client including; receipt and ownership of projects/programmes including innovation and strategy in partnership with the client

Co-ordination and motivation within a first class customer service orientated team providing instore POS material and associated marketing services delivering the client’s requirements on services, products, and solutions.

Deliver contracted service levels, quality standards and committed deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.

Raise escalations and interventions as required to ensure delivery for the client in line with SLA and expectations.

Liaise and maintain the relationship with relevant 3rd party suppliers collaborating with the buying and sourcing teams.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
Client Services management experience in a busy, varied and fast-paced POS environment

Permanent material experience

Ability to identify development leads - including but not limited to sales, innovation and sustainability

Experience of working within a contractual commercial model

Experience of managing campaigns, coordinating multiple suppliers including fulfilment and distribution

Professional communication and presentation skills, comfortable in holding face-to-face conversations with internal and external stakeholders

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
