Job Title: Relationship Manager/Associate Relationship Manager
Department: Business Development Department (BDD)
Report to: Head of BDD
Based in: Rome, Italy
**Specific responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Prepare client marketing, identifying potential sales opportunities and generate new businesses for the branch, and manage relationships with clients and FIs;
- Draft of Credit Proposals based on comprehensive and detailed credit analysis, including Transaction Structure, Financial Figures, Market Analysis (such as Peers Analysis, Industry/Sector research, clients’ market position) etc., in order to properly assess credits and risks related aspects;
- Maintain credit quality of portfolio by ensuring regular and irregular credit reviews, actively comply with the Bank’s Policy and Procedure, being a “first line of defence” in risk management and mitigation;
- Support to fulfil all the internal processes for management purpose, including Internal System usage;
- Conduct AML and Due Diligence tasks, ensuring that AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and code of professional conduct are strictly complying with local banking rules and principles;
- Cooperate with the Middle Office Function to meet internal management needs;
- Fill in and update the management reports, such as Head Office’ reports and regulatory reports;
- Accomplish any “ad hoc” tasks / activities recognized from time to time.
**Position requirements**:
- 1-3 years working experience of related position in financial sector will be a valuable asset, ideally in a commercial/corporate banking environment, exceptions can be considered on a case-by-case basis;
- Proper knowledge or experience of credit analysis;
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Italian and Chinese;
- Have personal efficient skills in communication and time management, being reliable, perform well under pressure or in a challenging and multicultural environment.
